Building Permit Fee Schedule

Single Family $25 (includes up to 4 inspections), plus $0.08 per sq. ft., plus 1 C of O Two Family $50 (includes up to 4 inspections), plus $0.08 per sq. ft., plus 2 C of O (1 per unit) Multi Family $25 per unit (includes up to 4 inspections), plus $0.08 per sq. ft., plus 1 C of O each unit  Commercial $100 (includes up to 4 inspections), plus $0.10 per sq. ft., plus the number of  C of O as determined by the code enforcer Garages New construction attached or detached $0.08 per sq. ft.; $25 minimum, plus C of C Barns (Agri.
