SECTION 300
PERMITS REQUIRED
No use or structure shall be established, or erected nor land
developed until a permit has been issued by the Zoning
Enforcement Office who shall issue such permits in accordance
with regulations in the ordinance. Permit applications shall be
filed with the Town Clerk.
